Development & Construction

The AMP Marina Development team encompasses decades of aggregate knowledge and experience in the development and construction industries. Our company specializes in land use analysis, pre-development entitlement services, design and engineering services in addition to overall development through asset stabilization.

At each level throughout the construction project, our professionals painstakingly attend to each detail, including a battery of pre-construction services such as:

Once pre-construction services are completed, the project is passed on to the construction operation division, which is responsible for the project from groundbreaking through completion:

• Subcontractor buyout and contracting
• Management of day-to-day operations
• Quality control
• Maintenance of detailed progress and performance records
• Strict enforcement of all OSHA safety standards & requirements
• Assurance of on-time project delivery

Vertical Yacht Club

In 2006, AMP invested in a patented new technology that will transform the entire marine industry by bringing state-of-the-art automation to marina dry stack storage (www.verticalyachts.com). Unlike traditional forklift-based operations, our system allows marina owners to store any boat from an 18' open fisherman to an 90' express cruiser weighing up to 100 tons. The Vertical Yacht’s team offers turnkey development services, technology licensing, architectural & engineering services and complete staff training. AMP is also developing a network of reciprocal rights clubs (www.verticalyachtclub.com) with its own capital as well as partnering with marina owners. The prototype facility in Fort Lauderdale, Florida (www.theportmarina.com) was developed by co-founder Christian Rosenberg.
