Steve Kinderman

SVP, Finance & Operations, Aqua Marine Partners, LLC.

Mr. Kinderman’s corporate responsibilities include risk management, human resources, treasury, financial/accounting management and operations across the entire AMP portfolio. Prior to joining AMP in 2006, he was senior vice president, corporate services and human resources for Eclipsys Corporation (NASDAQ: ECLP). As a founding employee, Mr. Kinderman was instrumental in growing this billion dollar healthcare information technology (HIT) company from a start up. He was intricately involved in the successful assimilation of 10 acquisitions in eight years.

In the late 1980s and early 1990s, Mr. Kinderman was CFO of Rybovich Marine Services Corporation and then CFO for the merged entity of Rybovich Spencer Group in West Palm Beach, FL. Since the 1940s, Rybovich has been known as one of the world's finest builders of sportfishing yachts and is synonymous with the finest workmanship, quality and innovation. While at Rybovich, Mr. Kinderman led the acquisition of Florida Diesel and Marine and the Merger with Spencer Boat Company.

Other experience includes serving as Executive Vice President of finance and administration of a privately–held international manufacturing company, principle of a Philadelphia-based steel-brokerage company and manager of market planning for Gelco Corporation, where he was responsible for financial analysis and directing development of 114 branch budgets located in North America.

Mr. Kinderman graduated magna cum laude from Temple University with a bachelor's degree in accounting (and also maintains his 100 ton Master Captain’s license).
