Kelly R. Dobbs

Director of Marina Operations, Aqua Marine Partners, LLC

Mr. Dobbs’ corporate responsibilities include management of daily marina operations. Mr. Dobbs brings over 35 years of marine industry experience and has extensive knowledge of marina operations. Mr. Dobbs began his marina career working in Minnesota on lake Minnetonka on the Mississippi River. After relocating to Florida, Mr. Dobbs went to work for Rybovich, Old Port Cove Holdings, and E & H Boat Works. During his career he worked as a dock attendant, accomplished Fiberglass and Gel-coat man, Merc-Cruiser Tech, Boat Manager, Project Manager, Service Manager, Dock Master and General Manager. Mr. Dobbs served as President of the Marine Industries of Palm Beach County. Prior to Joining AMP in 2007, he was the General Manager for Henley Custom Marine who is South Florida’s premier sport fishing boat service, sales and custom rigging company, specializing in Bahama 31’s and 41’s. Mr. Dobbs served as President of the Palm Beach County Offshore Grand Prix Power Boat Festival. Mr. Dobbs responsibilities as president encompassed all aspects of the four day festival managing 900 volunteers and creating a 9.5 million dollar impact for Palm Beach County.

Mr. Dobbs is a US Army Veteran, licensed Real Estate Broker, USCG Captain and an experienced Hazardous Material First Responder.
