As a native and life long resident of Miami Beach, Katie Baron Nullman has an in-depth knowledge of South Florida and is a respected member of the community. Ms. Nullman graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Neuropsychology. Following graduation she returned home to South Florida and to start a successful career in real estate sales and marketing.

Ms. Nullman has enjoyed success in both local and international real estate markets and has achieved top producer recognition for her sales record at Bimini Bay Resort and Casino in Bimini, Bahamas.

Ms. Nullman has extensive knowledge of the preconstruction real estate market and an in-depth knowledge of boat slip sales, boat slip leasing and marketing.
