John Ross

Senior Vice President, Development & Construction, Vertical Yacht Club Development

Mr. Ross has extensive development experience and has overseen nearly $1 billion dollars of newly and redeveloped projects in the office, industrial and retail markets. He has expertise in site analysis, due diligence and entitlement approval processes as well as a firm understanding of all aspects of design, engineering and construction. In addition to Mr. Ross’s development experience, he is a Florida State Certified General Contractor and has managed in excess of $500 million in construction projects. He has constructed high rise, mid-rise and grade level office, industrial, retail and residential projects in addition to land development of over 600 acres for office and industrial parks. Prior to joining Vertical Yacht Club Development, Mr. Ross was responsible for developing nearly $250 million of projects for Flagler Real Estate Development Corporation working with institutional investors such as TIAA-CREF and JP Morgan. Prior to Flagler Development, Mr. Ross managed over $300 million in construction projects at Codina Construction Corporation. Mr. Ross earned his BS Degree in Building Construction at Florida International University and is an avid yachtsman.
